If you place an order with us the following terms of trade will apply…
Terms of Trade for Event Booking Orders
Credit is extended on the understanding that full payment will be made by the due date stated. Responsibility for ensuring payment occurs rests with each named individual on the account. We reserve the right to charge an additional $20 administration fee for each month an account remains outstanding following the first overdue reminder notice. Unpaid accounts will be passed to our debt collector and all associated collection costs will be added to the outstanding total
Event Withdrawals and Non Attendances
Should your circumstances mean that you are no longer able to attend you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person (please advise us so that we can amend our records accordingly). If a replacement isn’t possible then we will provide you with a refund (less a 15% administration fee), provided that we receive at least 10 days notice prior to the event. Any less than 10 days notice and we will only be able to provide a 50% refund of your registration fee. No refunds are available for cancellations in the final 24 hours prior to an event or for un-notified non attendance on the day.
Withdrawals in the 24 hours prior to the seminar, and on the day of the seminar, who have not yet paid will still be required to pay the full balance of this account as per the provisions of the ‘Credit’ paragraph above.
In the unlikely event that the event / workshop does not go ahead we will reschedule the event / workshop and offer a full refund to those who cannot attend on the new date. If the event / workshop is cancelled all registrants who have paid will be offered either a credit on a future event / workshop (within 12 months of the cancelled one), or a full refund of their registration fee. All refunds must be requested in writing and clearly identify who the refund payment is to be made out to. We accept no responsibility for any other costs incurred by registrants as a result of an event / workshop cancellation.
The information provided in the event handout notes and at the events are the views of the trainer, and do not necessarily reflect the views of The Road Less Travelled Ltd. The information and professional advice delivered in the workshops and the associated printed material is provided solely on the basis that before relying on this material, attendees should obtain appropriate advice relevant to their particular circumstance to evaluate its accuracy, currency, completeness and relevance for their purposes. The Road Less Travelled Ltd will not be liable for any damages of any kind to any person or entity arising from the use of this information. Your attendance at our events reflects your acceptance of this statement.

We may collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback, when you provide information about your personal or business affairs, change your content or email preference, respond to surveys and/or promotions, provide financial or credit card information, or communicate with our customer support.

5.1. We may disclose your personal information to any of our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Personal information is only supplied to a third party when it is required for the delivery of our services.
5.2. We may from time to time need to disclose personal information to comply with a legal requirement, such as a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, warrant, in the course of a legal proceeding or in response to a law enforcement agency request.
5.3. We may also use your personal information to protect the copyright, trademarks, legal rights, property or safety of The Road Less Travelled Ltd, www.theroadlesstravelled.co.nz, its customers or third parties.
5.4. Information that we collect may from time to time be stored, processed in or transferred between parties located in countries outside of New Zealand.

If there is a change of control in our business or a sale or transfer of business assets, we reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible at law our user databases, together with any personal information and non-personal information contained in those databases. This information may be disclosed to a potential purchaser under an agreement to maintain confidentiality. We would seek to only disclose information in good faith and where required by any of the above circumstances.

7.1. You may request details of personal information that we hold about you in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988. A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information. 8. Complaints about privacy
8.1. If you have any complaints about our privacy practices, please feel free to send in details of your complaints via The Road Less Travelled Ltd, 260 Daisy Hill Road, RD1, Timaru 7971, New Zealand. We take complaints very seriously and will respond shortly after receiving written notice of your complaint.

When you come to our website (www.theroadlesstravelled.co.nz) we may collect certain information such as browser type, operating system, website visited immediately before coming to our site, etc. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our site, such that we can improve our service.
