Heck what happened to the last 3 months.

Heck what happened to the past 3 months. There I was in Nov 2010 and now its Jan 2011.
Feel like I’m in the wardrobe about to step into the snows of Narnia.
Actually I love those stories ever since I was young and now that I am a little less young it still gives me those wonderful goosebumps.
Go well all in 2011.
To lots of hidden wardrobes and snows in Narnia

Ageloc Vitality here we come

Am off to Sydney on Thursday and I am really excited about the prelaunch of the ageloc vitality nutritional supplement.

Resetting the youthful patterns in our internal body powerhouses so we can age well with vitality and vigour.

I will soon have lots of info to share and I have been lucky enough to be invited to sit with the key scientist Dr Joe Chang himself at a VIP luncheon.

Upside down weather and wearable arts

We have had some upside down weather lately, ChCh region bearing the brunt of a huge earthquake.

We count the blessings there were no fatalities. The generosity of ordinary people has been overwhelming. Neighbours meeting  for the first time helping each other move through this unsettling time.

Today in rural Sth Canterbury the winds are a blowing after a very wet many weeks and it is wonderful to see the sun, have a cuppa outside in a sheltered spot and contemplate how we truly must care for each other and look after our Mother Earth.

Friday sees us women all heading to Wellington for our third WOW experience, kiwis, close encounters and more new culinary delights , arts and crafts to discover. We are all excited and ready to put the glad rags on :) ))
