Things to know about my diary/blog below;

First of all, when I use the term 'girls' ( I love to keep us all 'young' by this term) I mean any girls, doesn't matter whether young or in the autumn of their lives, these journeys for women, I believe, are ageless and boundless. Its not the age of a woman but her 'being', that makes these trips special.

Women who want to have a fun time, wish to step out of their comfort zone and are prepared to go with the flow, are the ones who join me. All types of good women have joined me in the past.

One year a wonderful woman in her 70's joined me in Bali. The thing, I think that attracts women, is the deeper picture and the ability to go with the flow that develops......... you can read more about my tours' points of difference and philosophies here , what other women thought here, or read all about my coming adventures and the latest tours below.

Never too old…
Just to prove you’re never too old to cycle the Otago Central Rail Trail, and at a fair clip at that — which we don’t recommend as being head down and bum up is a sure fire way to miss wonderful scenery — 80 year old Southlander George Crack, a retired publican recently rode the trail in just two days. But what makes this feat even more newsworthy, George did it on a 1971 three-speed bike. Mind you he is no stranger to cycling achievements. In 1971 as the ‘Pedalling Publican’ he biked from Auckland to Bluff on the same three-speed bike in 23 days to raise money for the Stewart Island school to build a swimming pool. Thanks ‘Southland Times’ for making this a fun front page story.
